ACCESS STATEMENT

• Due to the age of the property we are sadly unable to provide access for wheelchair users.
  
• On arrival to Forest Guest House there is one step from street level and then a further two step to the front door.
  
• We have no ground floor bedrooms.
  
• The first floor is accessed by thirteen stairs and a turn on the landing to a further four stairs.
  
• The second floor is further accessed by sixteen stairs.
